Summer Lettings
CAMCAT Housing Association Summer Lettings

Residency periods for summer lettings will commence in the last weekend of June for a nine week period. Rooms may be booked on block or individually on a weekly or daily basis.

Accommodation

The 150 bed spaces are provided in three blocks, grouped into cluster flats. Each flat has 5 en-suite bedrooms with shared kitchen/diner area which is fully furnished and equipped. Bed linen is provided including towels.

Kitchen Equipment will comprise:
  • Cooker
  • Microwave
  • 2 Fridge
  • 2 Freezer
  • Cooking equipment
  • Crockery & Cutlery
  • Table & 5 chairs
  • 3 lounge chairs
Individual study en-suite bedrooms will comprise:
  • Bed
  • Desk
  • Chair
  • Wardrobe
  • TV point
  • Dedicated Broadband Internet Service
    (extra charge)
  • Shower
  • Wash hand basin
  • WC

 

Accommodation Rent & Charges
There are a range of options that can be provided; please contact the scheme manager of details..

Self catering options start at £140.00 per week:
This option includes; bed linen, weekly change and daily cleaning service. Food however is not provided but there are a number of shops nearby where you can buy your own food to cook or alternatively you may opt to purchase a meal from the numerous restaurants or takeaways' which are also located nearby.
